Import Entities

Once you have successfully created an entity type, you can add terms to it or import terms from a text file.

The following are the steps to import a file containing entities.

  1. Open an entity type for editing.
  2. Click on the Import button at the end of the form in the editor, as shown below.
  3. A popup window will display the file uploader. Select the file and click on Upload.

    4. Also, while uploading the file, you can choose to add the new entries to the existing entries by selecting Append Entries option or overwriting on all the entries by selecting the Overwrite Entries option. Be careful while overwriting as the change will be irrevocable.

  4. On successful import, you will find the changes added in the table below the form.
