Semantic Models

3RDi Semantic Models include the 3RDi Ontologies, Entities, Schemes and Pipelines. These are created, managed and controlled primarily through the 3RDi Studio. 3RDi Studio allows you to create and manage your ontologies, controlled vocabularies, build your glossaries, define your schemas (which you can later use in your vocabularies) and wire them up together to build semantic pipelines.

The end goal of semantic modeling is typically to build a pipeline (model) which will get consumed by a search or indexing application for adding semantic capabilities and improving the search experience. But the possibilities are endless! You can use the individual components or the wired pipeline in any application.
