Locked/Frozen Ontologies

Some Ontologies may be locked or frozen by one or more Pipelines. This makes the Ontologies un-editable. Users can neither add/edit the concepts in a locked Ontology nor import files into it. If an Ontology is locked, you would see a little ‘warning’ icon next to Ontology name in the Left Panel.
